Bilsa announces 40,000 institution goal: 2026 roadmap
January 6, 2026
Bilsa Software announced its strategic goals for 2026. 40,000 institutions, international expansion and artificial intelligence-focused growth are the cornerstones of the plan.
Bilsa Software shared its 2026 strategic road map at the first press conference of the new year. The company, which serves more than 35,000 institutions, announced its target of 40,000 institutions by the end of the year.
Bilsa, which achieved 23% growth in 2025, plans to continue this momentum in 2026. Three main sources of growth: new module sales to existing customers, new corporate acquisitions and international markets. Aggressive growth is targeted, especially in the public schools segment.
35% of the 2026 budget was allocated to R&D. Artificial intelligence, big data analytics and mobile technologies were determined as priority investment areas. It is planned to recruit 50 new engineers to the R&D team. The total number of employees is expected to exceed 300 by the end of the year.
The capacity of the 24/7 technical support team will be doubled. It will also be easier for customers to solve their problems on their own with the new self-service knowledge base and video training platform. Goal: to increase the first contact resolution rate to over 80%.
Bilsa announced its carbon neutral office target in 2026. It plans to minimize its environmental impact with the use of green data centers, remote working policies and digital document transformation.
