2024 customer satisfaction survey: 96% satisfaction

A 96% satisfaction rate was achieved in Bilsa's annual customer satisfaction survey.

Bilsa Software's 2024 customer satisfaction survey results have been announced. In the survey in which more than 5,000 users participated, the overall satisfaction rate was 96%. This result is 20 points above the industry average.

Featured Results

According to the survey results, 98% of users stated that they would recommend Bilsa to their colleagues. Technical support services received the highest score with a 97% satisfaction rate. Product ease of use reached 95%, update frequency and quality reached 94%, and price-performance balance reached 93% satisfaction rate.

Most Popular Features

The features that the participants liked the most were determined as: 24/7 technical support, easy-to-use interface, comprehensive reporting tools, regular updates and mobile access.

Development Areas

In line with the feedback obtained from the survey results, the following topics were added to the 2025 development plan: more advanced analytical tools, expanded API support and additional language options. These improvements will be implemented gradually throughout the year.
